We use tree nuts but no peanuts. We are a scratch kitchen and make as much as we can from whole foods, with minimal processing and sugar. Almost every item can be gluten-free or Keto. We use Halal meats (chicken and ground beef) in most of our recipes, however some items may be altered that they are no longer Halal, please check beforehand to make sure.

Absolutely amazing food and experience at Rouge Kitchen! We were visiting the Toronto Zoo for the day, and since there are no gf options at the zoo, we stopped in to grab some lunch to take in with us. The owners were absolutely lovely and explained that everything could be made gluten free. Everything was delicious, I felt incredibly safe, and overall it was a great experience. It was such a treat as a celiac to be able to eat anything on the menu. We also grabbed some gf baked good to bring home!
The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was next level. I’ve eaten my way through the best delis in Montreal and NYC…this one tops them all. Hands down. Run by an owner who actually gives a damn about quality and the Canadian economy. Impeccably run local spot. 10/10, no question.

It's a great little hole in the wall with no dine-in options. Terrific staff and without a doubt the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Everything, is made from scratch and it shows. It's not exclusively gluten free, but they have best variety of gluten free food I've seen, from the chicken sandwiches to the mac and cheese. Just go, you won't regret it.
I'm only sad that it took me this long to discover. The absolute best gluten free fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. The food is brilliant. So much love and thought was put into the fresh ingredients. The staff/owners are friendly and patient and know their dishes very well. I can't wait to come back for more!
Can't say enough about this amazing neighbourhood gem!The staff are all helpful and friendly. Joanna is always accommodating & welcoming, even if you call at the last minute on a Tuesday night!! It doesn't matter what you order, your tastebuds will be thrilled and you will be more than satisfied. Thanks for bringing such great flavours and values to the neighbourhood.
I am so happy to have discovered Rouge Kitchen for its extensive Keto options. As a Type 1 Diabetic, good keto options are so important for my lifestyle.The food is delicious and obviously made with such thought and care for customers’ well-being! I will be back regularly!!!
I’ve been looking for a place with yummy Mac and Cheese and decided to try this place out since it’s in my area.I was pleasantly surprised, and their menu has a lot of options. My friend and I ordered the fish and chips and the mac and cheese. Both were really good, and the employees were friendly 🙂
I have Celiac disease - but gluten free or not, this is some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. This place is absolutely charming, and it’s all thanks to Joanna, who takes the orders and makes the food - pretty much all of it by scratch! I got a Korean fried chicken sandwich and it blew my socks off. My wife got a Philly cheesesteak, and we also ordered mozzarella sticks (dear lord these are amazing) and quesadillas for our toddler. Every single thing was delicious, with just the kindest service from Joanna. She is incredibly warm and generous. Will definitely be coming back for more!
My daughter has celiac and so the gluten free chicken tenders and onion rings were a real treat - rare to find them with a real fried chicken batter rather than just bread crumbs. I had the regular smoked meat sandwich and it was also delicious!
Amazing food and portions, they take pride in their quality and ingredients, tried the mac and cheese, chicken poutine, pork belly and beyond burger. Looking forward to try some more things in the future! A must try if you live in the area, comfort food at its finest.

Pickles on the side were perfect . Coffee is old fashioned perk , and it was good . Definitely a place to go again. I will try as many menu items as I can . Staff were efficient and friendly . They were very helpful . Fridays the have fish and chips and lobster rolls !
The jerk chicken sandwich is without question the best sandwich I've ever had - an absolute gastronomical revelation with its combination of flavours and textures. And Joanna is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Highly recommended.

Always looking out for new gluten free places to try and this place did not disappoint!When we walked in we were greeted by two friendly faces who helped walk us through the menu and all the baked goods. We ordered a maple pork belly and Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was fantastic. We also got some fries which were also amazing. The prices cannot be beat for the quality of food. I’ve been to a lot of gluten free takeout places and this one is just simply the best. Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning.
Wonderful, friendly, healthy and tastygluten free menu! This place has heart. I usually feel odd and dissatisfied ordering from eateries that just slap on very little inferior gluten-free meals because they don't fully appreciate their customers needs.
I ordered the lobster roll, and the lobster is amazing, perfectly seasoned, not overwhelming that takes away the taste of lobster. The garlic bun is also awesome, nice taste, sweet and savory. However the 2 combined result is less than impressive, the bun completely takes over the tasting stage and rendered the lobster into nonexistence. I think switching to a dryer bread or even regular buns will be better than garlic buns. It's my personal opinion, I spent 20 dollars per roll for lobster, and I want to taste lobster, not the bread
Super cute shop with delicious meals & great selection of pop, they even have some American pop. Got Mac & cheese, Philly cheesesteak sandwich & the beef and brie panini. They were all so delicious. The owner is really nice and they’re very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Don’t even get me started on how yummy the slushies were!! It’s an absolute must.Be prepared for takeout as there isn’t much room for dine-in.10/10 give it a try. You will not be disappointed!
A great little and healthy! gem inside a little shopping area. The menu offers great variety and, most importantly, you can take every meal keto or gluten free. All meals or for take out only. We had a Philly cheese sandwich and a deluxe bacon burger, both of them keto. And they were nothing short of delicious. 100% recommend if you want to try something delicious in a slightly new but healthier way.If that wasn't good enough already, we had a lovely chat with the owner. Really friendly and comforting staff.
The best Reuben sandwich I ever ate. It was so good, it was more than half gone before the thought even entered my head to confirm what many already know, this place is awesome. I'm going to have an amazing time trying many of the menu options. Also for a big hungry man who loves to eat, the portions are incredible.I just want to add a small update. I've been here dozens of times, and have tried over a dozen different menu items. They are all SPECTACULAR. Any foodie will be able to tell there is immense thought, consideration, and research invested into the various recipes available. I promise you won't regret spending your money here.
