Our goal is to enable easier, better food choices using low-carb and ketogenic meal options to support your lifestyle goals – whether that’s performance training, weight loss, weight maintenance or health-related conditions such as Diabetes or inflammatory conditions.
Joanna is the founder of Rouge Kitchen and the hard-working genius behind all of our great recipes! Joanna has 30 years of experience in the restaurant business and has a deep passion for healthy, whole foods. Her belief is that we’re only as healthy as what we put in our bodies and that thinking has inspired all of the great recipes behind Rouge Kitchen.
